• Name of the mixtape, album, or soundtrack that the song is featured on
• MP3 File of the song (if you’re uploading an audio), video file or YouTube link (if you’re uploading a video)
• Social Media links (Twitter, Instagram, website, etc.)
• Professional Photo (photoshoot photo, CD cover,  single cover, etc. if uploading audio)
• Any additional info that you would like to add
