Video: Lil Gotit – Dead Walkin

Lil Gotit couldn’t let you escape the virtual office for the holidays without giving you one final single in 2020. “Dead Walkin” is the Atlanta rapper’s mission statement for the year ahead — he calls next up in the rap game and issues a warning to anyone trying to steal his shine. In the accompanying video, Gotit receives a FaceTime from a twerking friend while in the studio before flexing that he made “100 racks by noon.” And while I love Gotit flexing his enviable lifestyle, what I really l love is about a minute into the song Gotit starts harmonizing his own adlibs, the camera panning to Gotit in different locations so it looks like multiple Gotit’s are rapping back and forth (somewhere there’s a metaphor about only being in competition with himself).
