Delaware-based R&B recording artist Fred Reed and his non-profit youth organization, ‘Reeds Refuge Center,’ release a new video today to take a stand against the current racial injustice and inequality we are witnessing. Appropriately titled “Breathe,” the visual is presented to us by their ‘Safe City Project’ initiative.
