Video: Yung Mal – 100 Missed Calls

Zig-zagging through trap instrumentals with the precision of a jazz drummer, Yung Mal has the freshest flow in Atlanta’s Zone 6. Too busy stacking racks to take frivolous phone calls, Yung Mal ignores “100 Missed Calls” in his brand new video. Complete with an atmospheric production from Pyrex Whippa, Mal touts his hard-earned wealth, humbled–but not surprised–by how far he’s come: “Drip, and my wrist got a whole brick/Hop in a foreign do tricks/Look at this sh*t/We was so broke i ain’t think we would ever get fix.” The ShotByWolf-directed video finds Mal flexing in grainy close up, as he ruminates in his Zone 6 crib, chiefing blunts and doing his dance. “100 Missed Calls” is the latest video from 6 Rings, his brand new project, following the Lil Keed and Lil Gotit-featuring “Shut Up” (556k views on YouTube) and the Doe Boy-co-starring “Blake Griffin” (368k views).
