In the “Slime Hood,” video, Lil Gotit sips Hennessy while he and Slimelife Shawty head to the ops’ spot and make themselves at home. In the purple and green tinted visual, Gotit’s on lookout while Slimelife Shawty and the rest of the boys fill their backpacks with the enemies belongings (even the TV). It was all going just fine until Gotit spots the red police lights heading their way.
“Slime Hood” comes from Lil Gotit’s latest project Superstar Creature, out via Alamo Records/Interscope. On the project, Gotit earned another A-list co-sign with producer London On Da Track, who executive produced all 12 tracks. I’ll let you decide for yourself but my personal favs are “Argentina,” which had me daydreaming about leaving this 20 degree NYC weather for the Mar del Plata beaches, “Vibes,” where only Gotit could make ‘smoking kushy kushy’ sound cool, and the bouncy lead single “Bet Up,” that’s reached almost 800k views in two weeks.
