Slayter’s flexes on “Louis V Umbrella,” are distinctly New York. In the video, he and Detroit’s Sada Baby post up in multiple spots in NYC counting bands as Slayter waxes poetic about how he “could’ve bought a car but I spent that shit on a Rollie,” which makes me think he’s rocking the Rollie on the subway (goals). He then follows it up with, “I was broke now I’m better, walk through the rain with a Louis V Umbrella,” (also goals). Aside from that he’s snatching up BMs in the chorus and lends a verse to Sada Baby who’s bars are as aggressive as they are creative, “Real whoop business, who wit it? / Shoot him in the head and make him feel his true feelings.”
“Louis V Umbrella,” is the lead single off Slayter’s World Got Me Fucked Up Vol. 1, mixtape coming soon via Cinematic Music Group.
