ATL’s Lil GotIt is back with “No Talking,” the first visual from his surprise-dropped The Real GOAT project. It offers a snapshot of the enigmatic Lil GotIt lifestyle: sipping Hennessy out the bottle at the studio (and later the house party), playing pool with his guys, watching over a toddler who counts up stacks, and “popping percs like Tylenol.” GotIt adopts a whisper flow in the Slimeball Yayo-featured song and tells you why he lives the way he lives: “Tat on my face, ain’t never had a job.”
The only thing predictable about GotIt is that he’s not. The Real GOAT is 16-tracks (uploaded initially as one long, 49-min song) and flexes GotIt’s unique inflections and cadences as he continues to cement himself as next up in the ATL trap scene. The Real GOAT boasts production from Wheezy, Zaytoven, and features from Slimelife Shawty, Lil Keed, and more.
