Video: BA The Great – Anyway

Marrietta, GA, and Eardrummer Records’ BA The Great doesn’t glorify the trap lifestyle but he does what he has to do to get by. In the video for “Anyway,” BA and his partners hit the car wash to clean the whip before mobbing around town. Marrietta is BA’s stomping grounds, and though it gets tough, BA will do whatever he needs to survive and shine: “I’m tired of trapping but I had to hit the trap anyway.”

“Anyway” comes from the Mike WiLL Made It executive-produced Cross Town, released earlier this year. B.A. The Great represents a new voice in ATL and has the blessing of Mike WiLL after watching him perform one song at a club. Pulling up to his Marietta, GA home the next day, Mike made a promise: if B.A. spent a year wholeheartedly putting his life into music and stayed out the streets, he would give him a chance. The album features additional production by Go Grizzly, Lo Get Em, Few Beats, and others, Cross Town is the result.
