Last Friday, Lil Durk eschewed his typical melodic delivery and returned to his roots with the raw and relentless drill anthem “Green Light.” Today he ups the ante for the track with a Cole Bennett-directed video set in the near future. Filmed in Atlanta, “Green Light,” proves that Durk’s boss status transcends space and time, as the 26-year-old rapper exerts a near-psychic control over his drones, who do his dirty work while his hands stay clean. Durk’s new album, Love Songs 4 The Streets, drops this Friday, 8/2.
