Video: Calboy – Love Me

On Friday, Calboy dropped his star-studded project, Wildboy, one of the most anticipated projects of the summer. To follow up, today the Platinum-certified artist released his video for his trap ballad “Love Me” with a guest appearance from Chicago’s leading lady, Ann Marie.

Emoting atop echoing vox, airy synths, and thumping percussion, Calboy melodically reflects on his turbulent background, worrying that his past might keep him from finding a woman who will stand by his side. Under a red hot spotlight, the new video gives a glimpse into Calboy’s illicit trade, as he retreats to his trap house with his crew, counting cash and cooking weight with some femme fatales, including R&B starlet Ann Marie.

Calboy is on a hot streak right now and he’s not letting up! Currently, he’s #3 on Billboard’s chart for Emerging Artist and #15 on Billboard’s chart for R&B/Hip-Hop.
