4th2North presents Rocky “The Lyrical” Head Krack’s first fixtape of 2016 Head Trauma. This 12 song feature includes some of the best talent that upstate New York has to offer. With tracks like “Rule The World” produced by Tony Trouble and “Icon” featuring squad member Dirty O are sure to grab your attention.
